Ingredients
- 6 medium/large eggs
- Large bowl of ice water
- 2 tsp Nutritional Yeast
- Bombay Chili Crunch Add to Cart
- Charred Shishito Peppers (optional). Alternatively you can also use sliced Avocados!
- Black and White Sesame Seeds
- Salt
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to boil. Once boiling, add 2-3 tsp of salt
- Carefully transfer eggs into the pot of boiling water and set your timer for 6.5 mins
- When the timer goes off, carefully transfer the eggs into the bowl of ice water and cool for 10-15 mins
- When you are ready to eat, peel your eggs and slice them in half. Arrange on the serving plate
- Top with sliced charred Shishito Peppers (or Avocados), sprinkle of Nutritional Yeast, generous drizzle of Bombay Chili Crunch and finally the Sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
