Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt
- few mint leaves chopped
- few coriander leaves chopped
- 1″ ginger piece chopped
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Add to Cart
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups water
Instructions
- In a pestle and mortar pound ginger, coriander leaves, mint and green chilli and make a fine paste.
- Take yogurt in a mixing bowl , blend it with a hand blender.
- Add all spices powders, coriander- mint paste, and salt, blend again. Add water and blend again, finally adjust seasoning.
- Serve over ice!
