Ingredients
- 1cup Old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 cup dairy of your choice. We love Oat Milk!
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Yogurt (optional)
- 3 tsp Maple Syrup
- ½ tsp Amma’s Chai Masala Add to Cart
- A variety of dried fruits and nuts of your choice (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients into a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- Next morning, top off with extra Maple Syrup if you’d like, divide into two bowls and enjoy!
- We love to top off our bowl with fresh or freeze dried berries, roasted nuts and dried coconut flakes for an added protein boost!
