Filter Kaapi Experience set

Savor an authentic cup of South Indian Kaapi the traditional way: from a South Indian Coffee Filter and Dabara set. The Dabaras are the cups from which you sip your coffee. The Filter is a two chamber brewing equipment that uses the percolation method of brewing, resulting in a smooth and thick decoction.

There’s something about South Indian Filter Kaapi, that is out of this world. A thick decoction brewed in a brass filter is mixed with scalded milk and then comes the most fun part – aerating the coffee back and forth using the Dabara to create the delicious and delicate froth. This also helps cool down the Kaapi to the perfect sipping temperature.
