I absolutely love Bombay Chili Crunch by Tasting India! This sauce is a game-changer and it has the perfect balance of heat, crunch, and umami. I’ve used it on noodles, stir-fries, dumplings, and even roasted vegetables, and it enhances the flavor every single time. It’s also one of the more unique chili oils I’ve seen, I’ve never had an Indian Chili Oil and this one is premium!

I recently tried Bombay Chili Crunch and I have to say, it’s an absolute flavor sensation! The chili oil itself is delicious, with the perfect level of heat and robust Indian flavors. What sets this chili crunch apart, though, are the crunchy, savory bits that add incredible texture. It adds so much flavor to whatever I add it to, I keep going back for more!

I’ve been adding this Chili Oil to my Sandwiches and wraps – I make ALOT of them as I work in the field. This is a delicious Chili Oil, better than most I’ve tried as it’s so different and full of flavor. Most of the ones in the market taste pretty much alike, just lots of garlic and sometimes too much chili that it just kills my tastebuds.
Bombay Chili Crunch however, is so nuanced in flavor, I love that the Founder makes it herself and uses clean ingredients and no preservatives.
Pro tip: try it on a baguette sandwich with Procuitto, cheese and Turkey. You’ll never eat a sandwich without it!

My friend recently gifted me a jar of Bombay Chili Crunch (Thanks Dana!!) and it’s one of the best gifts I’ve ever received. This is my secret weapon to jazz up our family’s weeknight dinners. I recently added it to a pot of soup along with the Goda Masala and a can of coconut milk. I’d pay $25 for that bowl of soup at a restaurant, it was THAT good! Next time I want to try cooking some steak or chicken with it, can’t wait for that delicious treat!

I recently came across Bombay Chili Crunch and wow it blew me away! I’m so glad I now have this in my pantry as I put it on/in literally everything I cook. I’m not much of a cook, I make really simple recipes but adding Chili Crunch to it, takes my dishes to the next level! Highly recommend if you don’t already have a few jars on hand.
