Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Bombay Chili Crunch Add to Cart
- Sliced Scallion greens
- Salt/Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat.
- Once hot, add 2 tbsp of Bombay Chili Crunch and crack two eggs over it.
- Season with Salt/Pepper and cook to your desired doneness. We love an over easy Egg, but you can cook it well-done, if you prefer.
- You’ll start seeing the edges of the Egg starting to get crispy! Once cooked, serve immediately garnished with Scallion greens.
