Ingredients
- 4 tbsp East Indian Bottle Masala Add to Cart
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- ½ tsp Chaat Masala Add to Cart
- 3 cobs of corn
- 3 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 2 Limes, cut in half
Instructions
- Shuck the corn and preheat your grill to medium high. Meanwhile, mix the East Indian Bottle Masala, Chaat Masala and Salt in a small bowl.
- Grill the corn with the lid closed turning occasionally until the corn is charred and cooked. The amount of charring is a personal preference (some prefer light, while others prefer well done)
- Remove the corn from the grill. Now dip a wedge of Lime into the spice mixture and begin rubbing the grilled corn while squeezing the lime. Make sure the corn is coated fully.
- Garnish corn with cilantro and serve.
